Unfortunately from time to time the shipping carriers mishandle packages and leave them damaged. We are here to make sure you are taken care of though so please don't worry.
If your package arrives damaged please immediately let your delivery driver know so they can make notes in the event of filing a complaint.
Please take pictures of the damaged packaging as well as the contents inside of the box. Once you have these pictures, please reach out to our customer service team so we can get this handled in the easiest and quickest way possible.
